MENUS & TERMINALS 
The EventBand system will be the only form of Food & Beverage payment at the festival.  The EventBand is a cash management system used for special events in which patrons at the festival purchase dollar amounts on their wristband to use towards all food and beverage purchases.

Each Food/Beverage Vendor will be provided with their own pre-programmed terminal. Detailed instructions and proper training will be provided at the festival.

The terminal will total the purchase, remove that amount from the EventBand, and add it to your gross sales figure in the terminal’s internal memory.

If selected to participate in our event, our team will contact you with more details and requirements.

AFTER SUBMITING YOUR APPLICATION, PLEASE MAIL PAYMENT BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.  FEES ARE LISTED AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE.  APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE APPROVED UNITL YOUR PAYMENT IS RECIEVED. APPLICATION DEADLINE IS August 17, 2012.

As an agent for the business listed above, I certify that the information contained in this Vendor Application is true. I understand that I am required to collect and report California State Sales Tax.  I have read and understood the VENDOR CONDITIONS & POLICY STATEMENT (will link to a .pdf) enclosed and agree to abide by these conditions under penalty of removal from the festival without refund.  I understand that there will be no refunds whatsoever. I understand that the cashing of my check does not constitute acceptance in the event, however, if I am not selected as a vendor I will receive a full refund.  I expressly agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Doheny Days Music Festival, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims for loss, damage, injury or liability of whatsoever nature and howsoever the same may be caused.
