How much are tickets-day of-show?
Day-of-show tickets are $10 more expensive. There is no service fee if you purchase tickets at the festival. Day-of-Show prices start at 11:59 pm, September 7, 2012.

Where can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets online through our web site. If you have any questions regarding tickets please call the Omega Events Box Office: (949) 360-7800 or Front Gate Solutions: (888) 512-SHOW. You can also email us at tickets@omegaevents.com. 

Will there be tickets sold at the event?
We will sell tickets the day of the event unless we sell out of tickets prior to the event. If that occurs, we will notify customers in a newsletter sent by email. Add me to your e-newsletter list to receive updates on artists, tickets, etc

Are upgrades available?
 Upgrading tickets is an option before the event or at the festival, as long we are not sold out of the specific ticket you want to upgrade to. Day-of-show upgrade prices will be listed at the event. There is no “down-grading” of tickets. Please visit the Customer Service booth to upgrade to your tickets.

Are there discounts for kids?
 
Of course! Kids tickets are only $10 per day (ages 6-12) and all kids age 5 and under are FREE!

When do the gates open to go into the festival?
 
All tickets types will be allowed to enter the festival at 12 p.m. noon, both days. The music will end at 9:30 p.m. on Saturday and 8:30 p.m. on Sunday.

What if I lose or break my wristband?
 If you lose your wristband, you will have to purchase another ticket to the festival. Please keep wristbands on at all times. Treat your wristband like CASH!! If your wristband accidentally breaks or is damaged, immediately go to the Customer Service booth at the Front Gate.

Will I be searched upon entry to the festival?
 
All of your belongings brought into the festival will be searched.

Where can I park my bike at the festival?
 
We are offering a Bike Valet thanks to our friends at the Irvine Lake Mud Run. Be healthy, reduce traffic... plus we will park your bike inside the festival gates!

Where are the taxi and/or Drop off/Pick up points?
 If you need to be picked up or dropped off by a taxi, the taxi will need to stop at the entrance of Doheny State Beach parking (corner of Park lantern and Dana Point Harbor Drive). The taxi will not be allowed into the parking lot to make drop-off or pick-ups.

Is re-entry allowed at the festival?
 Re-entry into the festival is only allowed with your wristband!

Is the Doheny Days Music Festival All Ages?
 
YES! We are one big family at Doheny Days and we want your family to join the fun!

Is there an on-site Box Office and Will Call?
 
Yes, our Box Office and Will Call are located at the main entrance. See our site map for details. If you are purchasing tickets at the festival please bring a proper form of payment and if you are picking up tickets during the festival please bring proper photo ID.

Why Did You Bill Me Twice?
 
If your credit card was declined when attempting to place an order, it may appear on your bank statement as a pending transaction. Some banks and credit card companies place a hold on a pending transaction for a certain period of time (usually 3 to 5 business days) and then release the funds back into your account. If you have any further questions, please contact your bank and/or credit card company.

What forms of payment are accepted at the festival?
 
We accept the following payment methods at the festival: cash, ATM/Debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.) We offer the Doheny Days "Event Card!" and “Event Band”. Similar to an ATM/Debit card, blues fans must buy dollar amounts on the card or band for the purchase of food, beverages and Official Days Merchandise at the event. All unused money left on the card/band can be refunded when you leave… it’s that easy. To improve efficiency, Event Cards will be available each morning prior to the gates opening, as well as at five locations throughout the venue. Save yourself some time inside and get an Event Card while you are waiting for the gates to open or load value onto your Event Band when purchasing your order.
