What is PrintPass?
PrintPass is the ability to print your own tickets on your own time from your own computer. Get your tickets quickly and at your own convenience!
How does PrintPass work?
On or around April 1st, you will receive your PrintPass email with instructions on how to download and print your tickets. An example of a PrintPass email subject is: "Your General Admission Saturday Pass ($50 Adult) tickets are ready."
Inside the email, there will be a URL (link), an Order ID number, and a Passcode.
1. Click the link in this email.
2. Enter the Order ID and Passcode given to you in the e-mail. Be sure that you enter your order number and passcode EXACTLY as is appears. The easiest way to make sure they are exact is to copy and paste them into the text fields.
3. Click "Pickup Tickets".
4. You will be asked to either download or open a .pdf file containing your PrintPass order. You can save the file to your computer and print later, or you can open the file and print immediately.
The file downloaded will require a PDF file viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html
I didn't receive my PrintPass email.
Doheny Days Printpasses are scheduled to be sent out two weeks prior to the festival.
If you have not received your PrintPass by September 1, please do the following:
2. Check your confirmation receipt and make sure that PrintPass is the selected delivery method.
When I click "Pickup Tickets", nothing happens!
In order to download your tickets, you need PDF file viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html
Make sure that no pop-up blockers are installed.
Your tickets may be downloading without showing a pop-up box, so check the folder where you receive downloaded files - the tickets may be in there.
Do I need a special computer program or printer to use PrintPass?
You will need:
1. A printer. Either an ink-jet or laser printer (color or black & white) will print your tickets.
2. A .pdf file viewer, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download this for free: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html
My PrintPass is smudged / faded. What should I do?
The PrintPass must be clear, not smudged, faded, or light in color. Both barcodes on the PrintPass must be readable for admission. Print at the highest resolution possible to ensure quick and easy entry. If you have any doubts, then please contact the box office prior to the show.
Can I cut my PrintPass?
No. Do not cut or tear apart any portion of the PrintPass ticket. PrintPass must be presented in full and complete state - do not rip, tear, or cut - it may be considered VOID.
What if I print multiple copies of my PrintPass or make copies of my PrintPass?
Only the first copy of PrintPass presented at the venue will successfully scan and grant admission to the PrintPass holder. Once the first copy is scanned, all other copies will be void. Keep your PrintPass safe and treat it like cash.
My order is for 4 tickets; do I get 4 PrintPass e-mails?
No, you get one PrintPass e-mail per order. When you pickup your tickets, the file will contain each of the tickets in your order. Each ticket is one page.
I lost my PrintPass. I recycled my PrintPass. My dog ate my PrintPass.
Treat your tickets with care - do not lose them. In the event that something happens and the ticket is destroyed, you may reprint your PrintPass at your own convenience.
